Dick and Diana McLeod were the winners of the Castlegar & District Community Services Society Celebrity Raffle. The four of them enjoyed dinner together at the Black Rooster in Castlegar (hence, the black rooster in the photo). According to the organizer, Julie Leffelaar, the raffle brought in about $1300 for the CDCSS.
